1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using augmentyourbusiness.com (the “Site”) and any AYB services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Definitions

  • “AYB,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Augment Your Business.

  • “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Site or AYB services.

  • “Services” include AI Opportunity Assessments and Action Plans, partner programs, and any other consulting or software offerings provided by AYB.

3. Use of the Site & Services

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  • Site Access: AYB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Account Credentials: If you create an account or enroll in a partner program, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Services & Fees

  • Services: You agree to pay all fees and charges as set forth in the applicable service agreement, order form, or contract. Unless otherwise specified, fees are due upon invoice or as detailed in your agreement. AYB reserves the right to modify its fees and payment terms with 30 days’ notice.

  • Partner Programs: By applying to be an AI Implementation Partner or Referral Partner, you agree to the program terms, including revenue-share structures and payout schedules described in the program brochure. AYB reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days’ notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Site Content: All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other material) is the property of AYB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any Site content without AYB’s prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content
If you submit testimonials, reviews, or other content to AYB, you grant AYB a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in any media.

8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Services in any unlawful manner or for illegal purposes;

  • Interfere with or disrupt Site operations or servers;

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AYB systems, data, or other users’ accounts.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. AYB disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AYB does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if AYB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. AYB’s total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AYB and its affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination
AYB may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

14. Changes to These Terms
AYB may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
